DALLAS (April 3, 2026): ACME Partners today announced a majority investment in Verdant Nutrition, a manufacturer of clean-label supplements and functional foods sold through retail and direct-to-consumer channels.

Founded in 2012, Verdant Nutrition formulates and manufactures its products in certified facilities and has built a loyal customer base on third-party testing, transparent sourcing, and clinically supported formulations. The company has grown revenue at a double-digit rate in each of the past five years.

Consumer spending continues to shift toward health, wellness, and preventive nutrition, while the brand landscape remains fragmented and quality standards vary widely. The firm's nutrition thesis centers on brands whose claims survive scrutiny, positioned to take share as retailers and consumers consolidate trust in fewer names.

The partnership will fund expanded manufacturing capacity, new product development, and broader retail distribution. Verdant's founder will continue to lead the company and retains significant ownership alongside ACME.
