ACME Partners Establishes Crestline Automotive Group

DALLAS (June 12, 2026): ACME Partners today announced the formation of Crestline Automotive Group, a multi-site automotive service platform, anchored by an investment in a Texas-based operator of collision and mechanical repair centers.

The anchor business operates twelve repair centers across Texas, serving individual owners, dealerships, and commercial fleets. Over two decades it has earned a reputation for certified technicians, transparent estimates, and turnaround times that fleet customers plan their operations around.

The automotive aftermarket combines durable, recurring demand with a highly fragmented supply base of independent operators. An aging national vehicle fleet and the growing complexity of vehicle technology are raising the bar for capital and training that independent shops must meet, conditions the firm believes favor a well-resourced consolidator.

Crestline intends to grow through acquisitions of quality independent operators and selective new locations, with investment concentrated in technician development, diagnostic tooling, and expanded fleet service programs. The existing leadership team will continue to run daily operations and will hold a meaningful stake in the platform.

The investment marks the first platform in ACME's automotive vertical and reflects the firm's approach of entering each vertical through an established operator with a defensible local reputation.
