Emerson Vale

Emerson Vale is a Director of Value Creation at ACME Partners and a member of the firm's Portfolio Resource Group. Emerson works hands-on with portfolio companies on pricing, go-to-market effectiveness, technology enablement, and integration playbooks, helping management teams translate value creation plans into measurable results. Emerson also leads the firm's efforts to codify best practices across the portfolio.

Prior to joining ACME, Emerson was a consultant at a global management consulting firm, where they advised private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on performance improvement, and later held operating roles at a multi-site consumer services platform. Emerson holds a B.S. in Operations Management and an M.B.A.
