Hayden Brooks

Hayden Brooks is an Operating Partner at ACME Partners and a senior leader of the firm's Portfolio Resource Group. Hayden partners with portfolio company CEOs on value creation planning, organizational design, and operational execution, drawing on three decades of experience leading and scaling services businesses. Hayden has served as an executive or board member for numerous buy-and-build platforms and specializes in helping founder-led companies professionalize for their next stage of growth.

Prior to ACME, Hayden was chief executive officer of a national facility services company that quadrupled in size during their tenure, and earlier held operating leadership roles across distribution and industrial services businesses. Hayden holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A.
